    Filed a comprehensive auto claim in march 2023. Waited for claim rep to respond.after not hearing from rep for about 3 weeks I called State Farm to see what was going on as well as the shop that has vehicle, neither had any answers for me. Shop sent pictures of damage during this 3 week span. Still no answers from claims department. Finally after first month passes finally get call from State Farm’s claim department stating they will send adjustor out to look at the vehicle. 2 more weeks go by with me calling every couple days. I receive a call from claims telling me claim is denied because truck had at one point a after market part on it and not sealed properly which was taken off and back to stock truck before truck was purchased by me. After arguing about water damage caused by accessory being removed before my purchase phone call was ended and I called State Farm agent. Agent contacted claims department to see what was going on. Agent was supposed to call back within 2 days which he never did. Finally after a little under 2 weeks he calls back and says claim is denied because of corrosion on wiring harness of the truck which is caused over time from water damage. I took vehicle in as soon as problem came about the truck has then sat for a total of 2 months as State Farm and their claims department drags there feet and claims me for neglect on vehicle causing corrosion from water which I feel is not the case I feel the corrosion is because of their lack of speedy claim assesment and communication with me the customer and shop that has the vehicle.
