    They are an Amazon seller. I purchased a fully charged 12v motorcycle battery. The battery received is only 9.1 It will not charge. It is dead. Company has been notified. Amazon has been notified. CC dispute has been initiated. Company reply is that their “team” is looking into it. I am ordering another battery from a reputable company as this one is not.

    On Aug 1st we rented a car and left a ****** deposit. Aug 2nd we notified them we would need the vehicle 1 more day. I got home from work and the police were there. They took the car and kept my ****** deposit.

    We sell UTV/ATV/Motorcycle parts. We do not rent cars. We also do not have any records of orders or any contact from that customer. We think they accidentally filed this complaint for the wrong company.

    MX PowerPlay works as a 3rd party online sales company. I purchase a coupler products at once and purchased the " insurance" in case of damage. The windshield arrived broken, took 4 weeks to have it replaced. The replacement windshield arrived broken as well. With supporting pictures I requested a refund for the windshield only. MX PowerPlay is refusing a refund.

    We sure do work as a 3rd party. We often drop ship directly from our supplier to give faster better service to our customers. It is very unfortunate that the carrier damaged the item. We can show with all communication to the customer that we never refused to refund the customer. We only asked that the customer send back the hardware before the refund would be submitted and we even provided a free shipping label. The customer has already been refunded.

    We have proof that the refund was submitted. If it has not been received, that is because the bank has not finished the process.

    I am rejecting this response because: I verified with my bank, whom is the backer for the debit card used. That there is no refund, nor is there a pending refund between the two banks. My bank will dispute the debit card charges, if a refund isn't issued. I have returned the components as asked, using the ***** label this morning.  I would appreciate the return of my money.
