      TEN STARS!!!The manager and crew went above and beyond in my time of need ...This past Saturday, my family and I had plans to go to a movie in Payson to celebrate Father's *** weekend. Unfortunately, as we rolled into the parking lot, we discovered we had a flat tire! I was FRUSTRATED, as I had replaced all four of my tires at the Spanish Fork Big O' only the week before.I sent my family into the theater and called for roadside assistance, which I was disappointed to learn was ***** away. On a whim, I called the Payson Big O' Tires (since it was only 0.5 miles away), hoping to learn if I had been sold used tires. (I couldn't believe my luck was so bad that a rock had slashed my brand new tire!)Even though the Payson location was not where I had gotten my tires replaced the previous week and even though it was only 10 minutes before closing time, the manager sent an employee over to the movie theater to take a look at my predicament. The employee then proceeded to make a couple of trips between me and the Big O' shop to repair and replace my tire, all time worrying about moving quickly so I could join my family in the movie theater. Ten minutes into the process, the store manager rolled into the movie theater parking lot to make sure things were being done safely and correctly. (By now it was well after Big O's closing time, but none of the workers seemed concerned.)I didn't even think custumer service like this still existed!!! When I attempted to offer a tip, I was just asked to write a good review...so I am doing just that! (I am also baking a HUGE batch of cookies for these people!)What impressed me the most is that during this entire experience, I was never made to feel inferior, helpless, or like a bother.Thank you Payson Big O' Tires for your kindness and (no joke) for restoring my faith in humanity!TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PAYSON BIG O' TIRES!!!
