      This company is a total scam. When I purchased my furniture I was given a cover sheet of all the issues that were covered under the warranty. I filed two claims with three separate issues. I sent pictures to verify these problems. I received an email response that after the review these issues were not covered. I was then referred to a fine print page which directly contradicted every issue on the cover page. They dont want to talk to you and just keep referring you to their web page. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.
