- If any piece is defective. Meaning with normal wear or placement if it were to break in the first 30 days of receiving piece customer may either have a full refund or a new item when they return the pieces of the broken piece. They must contact me and I will pay for half of return shipping.. From 31 -60 days of owning item the item they will receive a 50% off next item purchased when they return the pieces of the broken piece. Shipping will be paid by customer. Anything after 61 days will be handled on a case by case basis.
