    I have reached out. Ia email several times to Hydrojug about the quality of my jug. Ive only had it less than a year and it does not hold temperature. My ice melts and my drink is hot within 2 hours. I have tried to resolve this issue with them but have since been ignored. I asked to mail the merchandise back to them and receive a replacement no response. -10/10 experience.

    Was so excited to receive these Hydrojugs. We have a large family that uses ******* mugs and all were very hopeful to switch to HydroJug because of its advertised leakproof feature. However, the customer service has been questionable. I ordered several jugs 3 weeks ago and noticed that my order status has not changed since. Ive contacted HydroJug several times, and still no status change. At one point, I was assured that my order would ship within 48 hours that was over a week ago & still the order remains Unfulfilled. Theres no phone number to contact anyone, so youre at the mercy of email communication that from my experience, has resulted in no resolution. Very frustrated and disappointed. We would have been frequent customers for personal and business use.

    Ordered on Nov 26. Now Dec17 and no communication regarding the order and there is no record of my order in the system. I have written asking for assistance with no response. I am hoping Affirm will assist me for refund if I never receive my purchases.

    Terrible product and customer service!! Bought the 40oz Traveler and in less than a month saw rust accumulating around the top where the threads were. Tried to rub it off, but it was permanently pitted. Reached out to customer service and they told me to try to wash the rust off again, which did not work. Then they instructed me to carve a giant * in the middle of the cup for their warranty program. I did this, took the pictures, and then discarded the cup. After several days they responded back and stated the * wasn't verifiable enough and that I needed to do it again. I mentioned that I threw the cup away (because why would I want to drink out of a rusted cup) and they stated that there was nothing that they would now do. Worst cup performance ever and even worse customer service. Buyers beware...

Our team instructed you to do that and the photo that was sent over was not very clear and so our team kindly asked for another image so we could see it better.     Terrible customer service. I placed an order of 5 customized cups for my kids July 30th and still no shipping on Aug 24. I emailed them about 2 weeks after ordering and it took a few days for them to respond but they did get back to me, saying shipping time takes longer with engraved names. I emailed again last week and they stopped responding. I chatted with them on their site and they stopped responding to me after I told them the order was from July. $170 spent on cups my kids don't have for school and no way to speak with anyone. Their cups are amazing, but I will not be ordering directly from them anymore. So sad when their cups are so good. PLEASE INVEST IN BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    Non existent customer service. I have tried contacting for multiple reasons, never a response. The only response I ever received was to a DM on Insta regarding their inaccurate promotion. They basically said 'oh well'.

    I placed an order on June 22 order number *******. I have attempted to email this company multiple times regarding my package. They stated I would have to wait ***************************************************** order for them to file a claim. I emailed them back *********************************************************************** getting the item replaced! This is the second time I have had issues with shipping from this company. I would not recommend purchasing from them if you don't want to deal with shipping issues. If you live local and can pick up in store it may be a better option. There is no way to reach a live person to get a problem resolved which is very frustrating. Especially when your response email lands in their queue and have to wait 4 days to respond again. Very frustrating!

    Accidentally selected the wrong shipping address. Immediately email support to help me change it. They responded saying they could not do anything despite me reaching as soon as I placed the order. I then asked to cancel the order, they said they also can not to do that. So I asked for a refund, they said I could only get a refund if I ship it back to them. In which I responded, how would ship it back to you if the whole issue is the wrong shipping address? 0/5 stars if I could, truly helpless customer service, zero problem resolution skills. They do not deserve to be in business.

    Hi ******!Unfortunately we are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address, our orders process almost immediately and so we were unable to make and changes or cancel the order as it was in transit already. We provided you steps on how to intercept the carrier to get the order sent to the correct address. We are only responsible for shipping to the address put in the order at checkout and that is what we did you can view that policy here: ******************************************************************************************** we suggest reaching out to the people at the address to get your package or if it comes back to our warehouse we can reship or refund that item for you.

Per our policy we are not responsible for incorrect addresses you can view that on our site here: ******************************************************************************************** orders are processed in our system almost immediately and so once it has processed we are unable to make any changes and we were not able to edit the order as it had been shipped out. If the order is sent back to us as a return to sender we can refund you but if it is not you will need to contact the people at the address to get that package. -The HydroJug Team

Our que of emails is based on time and oldest first so If multiple emails are sent it pushes your email to the bottom of the que which it looks like that seemed to be the case as multiple emails were sent but our team got back to you and sent a replacement order. -The HydroJug Team
