    This has been the worst experience I've had dealing with a "reputable" business ever! First and foremost, I signed up for this insurance through ACT insurance and was under the impression that the products I sell and my business was covered for two whole years. While I was on vacation in June I received numerous conflicting emails from this company, stating that my premium payment for the coverage I thought was in placed was received to my policy has been cancelled because the products I sell, which they knew about and took payments for for two years, are ineligible for coverage! Since then, their customer service team have been giving me the runaround about receiving a refund! I have jump through every hoop they have put before me, only to receive **** in return. Whatever you do, do not sign up for coverage through them because the experience I'm having for the ONE year that they have acknowledged they owe me has been a complete nightmare. I'm on hold right now with one of their agents and am listening to a personal video about this past Olympics! If I could leave a no star review I would! The level of unprofessionalism is mind boggling!

    One moment It was supposed nto be ***** for insurance payment then after payment it jumped to *****. I can afford the ***** not the *****. Then they sent me a payment schedule after I made the payment. They are thieves, not even having it for 30 minutes.... disgusting....I got scammed....give me back all of !y money, it not kicked in till Nov 30th....ur services are not wanted....

I'd like to clarify some details to help you understand the charges.When you signed up for our monthly policy, the initial payment reflected your first and last month's coverage, in addition to the regular monthly fee. This breakdown was presented before finalizing your purchase, including the date you selected for the policy to begin. (November 30th.) If adjustments are needed, our team is always happy to help.
