5 starsI've known ****, the owner of this company for 5 years now. Originally, a friend told me I should interview him about his success helping people recover excess funds after foreclosure. I didn't even know something like that existed. I quickly came to learn he's one of the foremost experts in the entire space, and for good reason. He's people focused, transparent, and persistent. People love that he's a no hype guy - he just shoots you straight.I don't know if he'd want me to say this - but I've seen multiple occasions where he could have taken advantage of people due to their lack of knowledge or resources - instead he did the right thing - often going above and beyond to make sure clients were taken care of. If you're looking to take his course, you'll find all that you need to succeed in excess funds. If you're looking to have his company recover excess funds for you post foreclosure - he and his team have the experience and integrity to get the job done. Personally, I consider him a trusted friend and advisor. The kind of guy you'd want around your family...the kind of guy you'd want to be in business with.Review fromSarah M

I would like to highly recommend Overage Refund Specialist, for first identifying and then working to resolve a long overdue payment from a rather complicated situation about 20 years ago. I am delighted to have now received this money which seemed almost impossible to realize several months ago. As a senior and a widow, the money, frankly,means a lot to me at this time.I would like to especially thank the company's founder, **** *******,for assigning **** ***** to my case. **** has been a pleasure to work with, regularly updating me with the progress and always very thorough in his explanations of each step as they arose. He has consistently been courteous, professional and extremely helpful in all aspects of this case.Again, I could not more enthusiastically recommend Overage Refund Specialists for their diligence and detailed work in pursuit of a successful outcome for their clients.

***! I cant say enough good things about ****. He was such a blessing to me and my family. I was in tears thinking I lost my fathers estate to a tax sale. **** was able to get the property back and even helped me sell it! Seriously if it wasnt for him I would have gotten 0 dollars. It's hard enough to deal with the death of a loved one and then realize there was no will left behind. And then you have to begin to navigate the court systems to figure out what your next moves are. Not a fun process. So when ****************** from Overage Refund Specialists reached out to our family and offered his assistance we were skeptical at first but we figured what do we have to lose. If we did this ourselves we would've been tied up in the probate courts for years trying to figure out what to do. So we took ****************** up on his offer and although it's been around 18 months from start to finish Overage Refund Specialists knocked it out of the park!!! They took care of all the required court documents and dealing with the proper court personnel and we didn't have to do a thing, except sign a few documents. ****************** made this process very seamless and we just received our checks. **** was terrific in his diligence and communication with us. The legal and court process can be slow and frustrating at times, but **** handled all of the necessary paperwork and communications effortlessly. Closing out our brother's estate was a sorrowful process for us, but ****'s professionalism and guidance made it a whole lot easier. This is a great company! ********************* actually helped me get funds from another company that took advantage of me and kept funds from me! He helped me with a lot of vital information and great advice!! He didnt have to help me, but he did and for free! Im so grateful ?? I really appreciate him for that! I could not be happier working with this group. Thank you so much. My sister passed and left a son with special needs behind. ********************* and his staff ******* and ******* were so helpful. They were able to recover money from the sale of my sister's house that will benefit her son ***** with his special needs for many years to come. If not for their great work I probably would not even known about the funds due *****. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for each of them. I would recommend their services to anyone.
