      -January 2022: work was done -Paid: $3300.00 -Issues: Business promised to remove trees, trunks, roots and to trim the front pine tree. They did not remove roots, but instead ground the tops of the trunks and left the wood chips on top and did not trim the pine tree; instead said that the work they did already went over budget They ripped up my backyard lawn and tried to 'fix' it by running it over with their heavy truck, which sunk the middle of my lawn. I talked to the owner about this and he got mad and said that he has fixed so many issues over the years, he is not going to fix this. I got a quote from a landscaping company and it would cost at least $750 to fix the lawn. I offered to have the company pay half, but they did not respond. I then tried to reverse the charges with my credit card through my credit union and they refused the reverse, due to the company sending documents with the work they 'did' but they never sent me after several requests. I paid the bill online, but again, didn't ever see a receipt of work done -I don't necessarily need them to come back and remove the tree stumps and trim the pine tree (although that would be ultimate) but need to have my backyard returned back to the state it was in before they cut down the trees by a landscaping professional, as the tree company tried already and not only failed, but created more damage.
