      We had KSR build and install our exterior and interior doors for a new build. Every door looks good except for the main entry. Knotty Alder door with panels. The panels have slipped out of place so we can see daylight through the sides of the panels. Have called, left messages on their sight but have not heard back. Was willing to pay for repair but received not a word. We are now in a position of having to purchase a new main entry door. **************** is key!
