    On August 27th this company showed up to cut down my neighbors tree that overhangs mine and another persons yards. I let them put their equipment in my driveway so they could cut it down. I asked them to be very careful as a majority of the tree over hangs my garage and my dog kennel and a shed in my backyard and they told me it wouldn't be a problem and they were going to cut it down in small pieces. I went in my backyard to check on the progress and they were cutting a very large branch at the moment, they dropped it straight on my dog kennel and completely smashed one of the panels. They said they would fix it at the time it happened and I took some pictures of it. About 30 minutes later they were cutting the trunk off under where that branch was and they again dropped it on the kennel further destroying it. I would say they dropped 60% of the tree into my yard and left it there for about 4 days. When I got home from work their trucks were finally gone and I went to look for any other damage hidden from fallen branches to see that the fence between my yard and my neighbors (not the neighbor that hired this business) fence was completely smashed as well and they just tied it with rope back to the fence post. One of my sprinklers in that area was also broken that I had to replace as well. I called them and spoke to Javier who asked me to text him my address and he would send someone out to look at it. I did so and sent the pictures that I had and I haven't been able to get a hold of him since. They caused around $250 worth of damage not including any labor to fix the fence, kennel, and sprinkler. I would not recommend their service and think they should have their business license pulled.
