      ****, the owner, has taken the time to go above and beyond, with his customer service, on my behalf. He helped me understand the differences between window price comparisons and window styles. I made sure all of my window choices would match the few windows I had already installed with a different company. The reason I switched companies in the middle of installation was because the initial company didnt offer an option for triple pane argon windows. When **** offered the triple pane option without me asking about it, I made the decision to work with his company instead. At that point, **** used his connections in the industry to make sure I wasnt unfairly tied to an earlier contract. I was so relieved for this additional unsolicited help that I chose his company instead. He did all of this to help me and was honest in his dealings with me before I offered to sign with his company, To me, his behavior spoke volumes without saying a word about a contract. Checking with my accountant for his recommendations concerning purchasing the windows, he had quite a few questions for **** as well. I asked **** to answer all of my accountants questions. **** answered his questions honestly and eventually received the accountants approval. The deadline for signing the contract was extended significantly to a longer time period before I was willing to sign a contract. I highly recommend ***** company and his business ethics to future buyers. I offer this recommendation without any earlier association with him, nor am I related to him. Happily, ******* *.
