The first issue, I wasn't allowed to have two internet lines, when the tech showed up he told me that because the office didn't schedule enough time I had to buy an extender. The office couldn't figure out my account address several times. I've had service issues since the line was installed 10/22. I am not able to even use one device for my job. I pay for the T1 plan. I am required to pay a tech $30 anytime service goes down. I've reported and called about these issues multiple times. They send the same tech and every time he says it's because of my one work laptop. Then says there is nothing he can do. I have verified with my employer's IT department that my work laptop is using very little internet bandwidth. I've also been told by them that this one computer has a virus on it and that is why I have no, spotty, or very slow fiber service. They have never seen this work computer and if there was a virus on it, my employer's IT department would alert me to this. I have also used their service at a different location in the same town and had no problems using this one work computer they are blaming and multiple devices with no issues. I would just like the issue to be fixed because I have to pay for a service I am consistently not getting. These service issues are also affecting my ability to work. Attachments show speed test from ETV sitting next to the router, and well as plugged into the router.
