    The statement made by Adams motor is completely *****. I have audio recordings I was not harassing or screaming. Or any accusations made by Adams motor can be shown to be malingering . (Fictitious)! I have the first conversation recorded also that I expressed the transmission was hot not the radiator. *** expressed to bring the vehicle in leave the keys in it park under the lights so no one would mess with the vehicle. The dealer ship has no key drop box. I go to dialysis Mon wed Fri why would I commit to bringing a vehicle in when I would be in a ride share and not in the local area. As you can see Adams motors has continued to make fake statements to the BBB. I cannot miss my medical treatments or all die . So I never made a commitment. They know that . They are lying to a government agency . An for that they should have there dealers licence revoked. If you read on there comment section on there website there are others that would state they have had the same dealing with no help people the have purchased ATV. From the dealer . Blowing white smoke. They offered them $200 dollars for a very expensive repair. I requested my down payment back . Because regardless. Adams motors cannot fix head gasket issue anyway there mechanics are not certified to do a extensive job . They can put gasket stop leak in that's about it .... the prior converstion with *** , but the lady that i now spoke with accused me of oveheating the car and causing the problem. i explained that the transmition and the radiator are two totally seperate issues. Now i am being told i would get a phone call back on monday. When this lady spoke to *** and would see what she would say. I feel and believe now that Adams motors knew about the what a shop had now diagnosed as a blow head gasket . and the radiatior full of stop leak. I have tired to relsove this , but i was basically told that i would be on my own . the cost to replace the gasket with parts and labor comes to around ***** dollars . I have also filed a complaint with the BBB due to i feel this is comsumer fraud .

    ************************** purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot on Sept 2, 2023 on approximately two weeks after the purchase ************************** called the office of Adams Motor ** and spoke to ***** and stated that his vehicle over heated ***** told ************************** to bring in the Jeep at 9am the next morning so the mechanic could take a look at it and see why it had over heated. ************************** did not show up for his appointment or call to let us know he was not able to make it or to reschedule. So we assumed he had taken it upon himself to take care of the issue. He was never told to leave his keys inside his vehicle this is never told to any of our customers.

    On Sept 28 at aprox 5pm ************************** called the office and started yelling at the office help immediately and demanding that he talk to ***** and demanding that he wanted his vehicle fixed that it had over heated for a second time.  ********** told ************************* that ***** would not be available that she was out of town till the following Monday ************************* continued to harass our office with phone calls multiple times a day of threats of lawyers, threatening our dealers license, threats of slandering our name, ect. Sorry but Adams Motor ** tried to help the customer the first time he had this issue of over heating and ************************** continued to drive and abuse the vehicle without getting it properly checked out by Adams Motor ** or any other professional mechanic until he had cause further damage to the motor. This neglect and abuse is caused by ************************** only and no one else is at fault for his own abuse.

    The statement from Adams Motor is no false it is all factual. This customer is just upset from an issue he caused by continual use with out getting it taken care of. And any audio recording ************************** has been taken with out permission of anyone at Adams Motors which is Federal offense. We have never told a customer to leave a vehicle on our lot with the keys inside we also don't have a light to leave the vehicle under nor have ever suggested such. This issue is not going to be resolved with ************************** at Adams Motors expense due to his negligence.  ******************** son also has never requested his down payment back just demanded that Adams Motors fix the vehicle.

    I am rejecting this response because: , I have asked to *** that was over financing. I was never given the opportunity to talk to *** after the first phone call. I had warned ******************** motors that they were being recorded, after i kept getting the runaround, to speak with *** or the owner of the business. The day of the recordings i was told two different stories that they were out of town , i clearly seen Mr. ******************** is the garage working on a vehicle with i believe to be his son in law. When i asked to speak with him and was told that they were out of. I advised the girl on the phone that would not identify herself. I advised that person that the conversation was being recorded. An that all conversation will be recorded from here forward, for possible court proceedings. Once again i told *** the first time that i called that i had a transmission heat light come on . I never said that the whole vehicle overheated. The second time that i tried to call is when the vehicle overheated. An i had the head Gasket tested at ********* in Price **. I have asked to get my down payment back to help cover the cost of the repairs. I was told that i could not have contact with ******************** Motors , or i would be harassing them. I stop calling at that point , When the girl on the phone told me that since i was recording her , to stop calling and have the attorney call. Like i said above " Since i am being lied to about the owners being out of town , then been told they are not taking call" "I expressed that i am now going to record conversations, in case this has to go to a attorney"  She then told me to stop calling or it would be harassment. She accused me of being loud on the phone. I was driving and using a bluetooth so i could obey the traffic laws. It is not federal law if you advice someone that they are being recorded. i did just that. Once again i stand by my first statement that i was told to leave the keys in the vehicle, in front of the garage door . i was not going to do that , i am responsible for that vehicle and if someone would have used to do something wrong i would have been responsible for what ever happened. I have made arrangements to have the Jeep Garage to fix the Head Gasket. Its total cost is around $ ******** estimated cost. They also told me that they will be able to tell how long the gasket has been gone. If they can prove that the gasket was bad before i purchased the vehicle, If ii can't get any assistance from Adams Motor Company. I will have to resort to civil liabilities or civil clams .

    Adams Motor ** is not going to keep responding to this back and forth by ************************** its as simple as ************************** bought the vehicle AS IS and missed his appointment to bring in his vehicle in to get looked at, nor did he call to reschedule, he continued to drive the vehicle and caused intense damage to the motor by over heating the vehicle. This damage is at the negligence of ************************** and Adams Motor ** is not at fault for his negligence and abuse by continuing to drive the vehicle.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I currently have my vehicle at the jeep garage. They have torn into the motor and we have taken several pics along the way. The broke sever tool trying to get the cylinder bolts out of the block. We can clearly see that the motor had been tamper with and filled with stop leak . I never put stop leak into the motor. But all the coolant systems in the block is full of stop leak deposits. Whitch I am assuming was done by Adams motor. Or they clearly didn't do a inspection of the vehicle before they sold it. This mechanic is willing to document his findings and submit a report to the court if needed . All I am asking is they help with the cost . Of now a cylinder . Everyone I have talked to believe they knew about this. They refuse to back down . I am refusing to be worked over . I want to know how the BBB can help me correct this issue or how I need to proceed
