      On the week of the 19th of April, my internet started to slow down. I called and text ********* help support. They didn't answer. I waited 4 days before I was contacted by their customer service. The customer service than had me do their technicians job more than 3 times. They the tell me that they will not send someone out until I do all the work for them. The for the next 3 to 4 weeks after it was a cat and mouse game of trying to get in contact with a manager, which I still haven't. Not to mention it took a month for them to send out a tech and my problem still hasn't been fixed and nor have I been contacted about what's to be done about this matter. I need help and they refuse to do it.

      I live in a property called Live Oak@ **** ***********, Florida, 32303. I have lived here since September 2023. When I first moved here, water and internet services at the price of 50.00 each/dollars were included with the rent payment. The internet company at the time was LuxSpeed. This is a company I had never heard of and one with poor service. I have had to trouble-shoot technical problems and been given nothing but the run-around throughout the year I have been here dealing with this horrible internet service. Everyone knows these are just money grabs all the way around.

      In June 2024, it seems this horrible company sold out to another useless, unheard of company called Smartaria. Starting in November 2024, I have NO service in my apartment from this company, I have trouble-shot, called repeatedly, went to the office here and ABSOLUTELY nothing has been done to correct this issue and it is now almost FEBRUARY 2025. When I go to the office, emails and telephone calls are supposed be being made, and I am told to wait to hear from somebody? But no one from the Corporate Office of Live Oak or Smartaria EVER calls me back! I don't see why Corporate is not returning any communications with the MANAGER here as she states any and everytime I go to the office . I have paid 50 dollars in my rent for the months of November December and January, ( I called the office here on January PRIOR to paying January 2025 rent and told them I did not want to pay for January, 50 dollars internet,when I have no 2025 internet service. I was told the property manager was going to call me back..but no one called me back, The following day I had NO choice but to pay my rent . I called the office over and over again to see if I had to pay this fee and NO One ever answered or returned my calls.

      Smartaira was able to confirm service restoration on January 15, 2025 with Sandra Lowe during a Service Appointment. Our Account Executive has been notified of her request for time without service and is providing the leasing office at *** **** **** the necessary documentation to provide any applicable credits from 11/7/2024-1/15/2025.
