I am trying to regain access to my domain, and it tell me that UK2 Group is the owner, when I click on the link, it brings up an entire different business, ***************************************. When I fill out the contact form, nothing happens. It's a dead end. When I call, it tells me I am calling 100TB. The numbers below are disconnected, and the new numbers listed ** *** *** ****) say I am calling 100TB- Then says I am first in line but I cannot get out of the waiting loop. It asks me foe my # so it can call me back but I never do. When I call the number you have listed, it's also wrong, and is a scam # that asks if anyone in my household is over 50. My domain expires in July, and I don't know how to regain access to have it transferred to another company I trust. Also Enom is listed as being involved (****************) but when I look my domain up there, it says "lifetime-massage.com is Registered with one of our resellers below" but they also cannot give me info for the company I am opening a complaint about. I have also reported Enom, since they have their hand in it, but can't help me with the business I can't get in touch with above. They said sorry, we show they are in business. I have been trying for 2 weeks. I also see that on linkedin, none of the employees are there anymore. I am desperate to regain access to my domain, as this business is my career and the way I make money, I cannot have my URL jeopardized. **************** *** **** *** *****, ***** **** Providence , UT ************* *************

I recently purchased hosting services from WestHost to ensure my website stays live. However, after paying them for hosting services for one year, my website has been down, causing significant disruption to my business. Despite trying to contact them via phone, I found no customer support available. Their chat support was unresponsive, and the email support was inadequate. As a result, my business suffered due to their lack of reliable service. Beware if you're considering dealing with these guys – they cannot be trusted to keep your website online. All of their phone numbers and email addresses are not working. Their chat does not work. How can I get in touch with a live representative from your company to fix this issue? PLEASE HELP!

The Primrose International Viola Competition has its domain hosted through Dreamhost/Midphase. We urgently need technical assistance. I tried logging in with our credentials on file, and got an error message, try back later. I tried calling the 800# at the bottom of the error screen, and got a medical device sales company with a robot answering the phone (!) See attached screenshot. The same thing happens with an 866# I found when googline the company. You think they would want to know that their 800# has been hacked, or take down now invalid numbers. I've tried calling the numbers for sales and billing, and no one is in the office because of the temperature (?) Okay, if that's true, call forwarding is actually a thing. It is not possible to open a ticket because you have to have the login information to find out what your login information is. What a nightmare.

Midphase Hosting allows the installation of WordPress, which has exploitable security flaws in version 6.1.1. I looked this up after my four websites were taken down by Midphase due to infected files. I was repeatedly told to run an application called ImmunifyAV, which scanned all the files within my hosting account. It found 9998 files infected. There is a button that says "Clean all infected," but it is not activated for a user like me to execute. I have repeatedly asked them to just press the button to clean the files infected by the non-vetted WP installs that were allowed to happen. The response is as follows: "basic extortion" three times in text responses. They won't fix their problem and expect me to pay them to push a button! NOT acceptable. I want it fixed, and I want to be gone from these bottom-feeding, worthless clowns... I did not realize what a poor company they are!!! Hello, Sadly the feature to Clean All infected folders is not enabled on our Shared Servers I do apologize so this isn't an option we can do for you on this matter. For more information about hacked accounts, please see our knowledgebase article. Within this article, you will find information on how to resolve hacked accounts and how to protect your account in the future: ***************************************************************************   We do also offer a service to clean and harden your website. The pricing will be determined by the number of applications that need to be cleaned and hardened. If there is only one application, we can clean and harden it for $150. If there are multiple applications, the price starts at $300, and could go up from there, depending on what needs to be done.
