My name is ***********************. I have been doing business with MazumaUSA for 3 years and this is the first time I had trouble getting my taxes done, I sent my W-2 forms and other paperwork in around April 13, just a couple of days before the *** deadline. It is now at the end of July and they still have not sent my tax returns to the ***. It is almost 4 months and its almost the month of August and they are not finish with my tax returns. I need them to hurry up and finish with my taxes. Every time I try and get on their client portal, it doesn't work. I live in *******, ***** but I am doing business with Mazuma in ****. Can you please help me.

We were missing some information to complete this client's tax return. Our team reached out via email requesting the items, and we have since called and are working with the client to get the needed information and complete their tax return as soon as possible.
