      I contacted IB on three different accounts and all three times, the ladies were superb! Im not sure what office they are stationed at but their names are *******************************, *************************************************************** They all emailed me back in a timely ************ cant that type of **************** in this day & age. I greatly appreciate it & will recommend you guys always 10000/10! Those ladies deserve a raise!

      I contacted International Bridge because my package was stuck with another shipping company and I was concerned that my package was lost or something had happened. ************** was prompt in her email response and was very kind. I was mostly impressed when they had emailed me the next day notifying me that my package had been delivered by the other shipping company. I am very happy with my experience! Thank you!!

      I was afraid my package was lost since it had been a couple of days since the tracking was updated. I followed up with International Bridge and ***** was so timely and kind with her response. She explained where my package was and when it was finally delivered by ***** ***** sent me an email to inform me that it was delivered. Definitely above and beyond compared to some other delivery services. International Bridge isnt even the company that did the final delivery and she still had the courtesy to let me know that it was delivered. A++
