    I ordered a slide cut and a red dot with a gun valet service fee, Feb 2024 and after multiple emails, phone calls, texts I have not been able to get a refund of my 600 purchase. ZERO response. And no costumer service.

    I have had a very poor and unprofessional experience with Culper Precision on some Glock slide work I paid them to do for me. I dropped off a Glock slide to them the first few days of May of this year, with an expected 4-8 week lead time, and now after 5+ months, I still do not have my slide back in my possession. I reach out to them regularly via text and get only sporadic / very occasional and incomplete responses in return. I asked them to provide an optic cut and also one of their custom slide cut patterns, and here we are months later with no results yet. Apparently the slide I provided them was from a Glock model they had not yet done work on, so its delivery has been hampered by the need to do engineering on the cut. I was not told that up front when I gave them the slide, which speaks to their unprofessional approach to business. At more than one point in the process I simply asked them to return the uncompleted slide to me, just wanting to move on from them. I wasn't given a response on this request nor the opportunity to get a refund and get my original slide back. I have since seen photo evidence of my slide having been cut but not yet de-burred and finish cerakoted. This is where I currently sit in the process with no response from them now for the last 2 weeks. My advice from painful personal experience is to avoid them like the plague as they simply don't provide a professional experience in any way, nor do they keep their promises and deliver as advertised. I absolutely do NOT recommend them in any way.
