    I purchased their firearm model# NAA-22MC-TB on 10-25-24 from a big box sporting goods store. This item was ordered online and shipped to the store. Some of the features that interested me were that this firearm had a special limited edition ser# starting at ********. Another feature was it's equipped with an XS brand tritium front sight. I received a standard ser# beginning with NO and just a white dot sight. Model # and UPC codes are correct so I emailed NAA

    3 days passed and no response. I called NAA and spoke to customer service. Explained the reasons for my call. She tells me they sold out of the limited ser# and produced a new run with their current ser#. Regarding the sight she tells me I was supposed to have a tritium and to send it in. She told me it could take 6 weeks but they don't have the sight in stock and no ETA. Disappointing for sure but it is what it is. I asked if they can contact me when the part arrives and I'll send it then. "We don't do that" she said.

    I then asked if I can exchange it for another model. Item NAA-TGH-C. She said they don't do exchanges either. This leaves me at a dead end so I then asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me they'll tell me the same thing. I said fine, I'd like to speak to them anyway. She said there are no supervisors available. Ok then, I asked when will one be available? She says she didn't know. I asked will one be available around the same time as the part arrives? She responds "probably".

    She made it very clear she could care less and it was clear to me that if I send in my item I'll never see it again. I believe there is no part on backorder or they have it but have no intention of fixing this. I would've settled to accept this what was once a limited but now unlimited edition so long as it has the other features they advertised. But they made it obvious they're not looking to resolve this in any way and hope I go away

    I've never experienced worse customer service from any company in any industry
