    We were told on Numerous occasions that there was a no smoking policy for the apartments August we had Marijuana smoke coming into our Apts for 2 months now the apt downstairs has been smoking so bad it's coming into our apt. My daughter has gotten sick everyday we wake up at 3am with the smell of smoke. Everyone in here is now open to secondhand cigarettes now we have a greater chance to getting cancer. So instead of moving him out yall want us to move. We have been here for going on 6 months no complaints paying our rent on time. Paying $1112 plus other things to live her. It's not fair. I think it's time to start looking into my rights to live in a habitable unit without the possibility of getting cancer or us getting sick with breathing problems. This man has only been here 1 month.
