    We lost our key fob while visiting from out of town and needed a replacement asap. I was promised a call back from a technician and heard nothing for the rest of the day. I called back the following day to follow up and was able scheduled a time for someone to come out. I had reached out to a few locksmiths on ******** marketplace and was told I would possibly need 2 key fobs to get the car going... when I mentioned this on my first call, I was told that with my year and make/model, it wouldn't be the case. Surprise surprise - a second fob was needed and a $300 fob turned into nearly $600. This isnt the end of the world, it is what it is. My issue is with the manager ******. He made it seem like an inconvenience that his tech was out there waiting and told me they only had one key and would need to leave to get a second one. We decided to move forward with extra lock ***** and the tech left with the promise to return shortly with a second key. After a few hours, our phone call was ignored and I text was sent that we cancelled because we were frustrated and the tech would not be returning. This was never the case and my assumption is they had other calls to do and it was to much work to get another key. My call to Skylar went as expected and he was unprofessional. Skip this lock ***** company. There are soooo many quality companies in **** and extra locksmith dosnt make the list.
