    My wife sent original artwork to Texas (art gallery) on 8/21/2023 through this store. A return label was paid for and included with the artwork so the gallery could send the artwork back to us. Without notification, permission, or our knowledge, The UPS Store regenerated the tracking numbers for this shipment later that day. We became aware of an issue when the artwork did not come back to us well after the gallery sent an email that all art was shipped back to the artists. I have been in the store several times, beginning 3/13/2024, and for several hours trying to find a solution. An employee, Colin was able to find the regenerated tracking number that was shipped there, and it was delivered. However, no one can tell me why the numbers were regenerated or give me the correct return label number. On my last visit to the store on 4/2/2024, I spoke with another employee and area leader, Zion, who told me the regenerated tracking number for the return label could be found from the transactions that day, and I told him I would like the information for that regenerated return label tracking number. I was told they would be in touch but I have not heard from them since then. Since they regenerated the numbers without any notification or documentation, I have no way of tracking any shipments without them finding the new numbers, and it makes filing a claim through UPS impossible - because the original numbers are invalid, and the only other one they have found shows the package was delivered. I have been asked to follow up with the gallery in Texas which I am doing, but I want The UPS Store to provide me the regenerated return label number regardless. It seems this would be in their best interest also, considering they did not inform us or make note of the changes they made to this shipment, and it would provide further information on this issue. I have previously given this business all relating information and documents I have.
