      This company has little or no customer support. There chat does not work, email has strange responses and phone is useless. Its just some guy working from home with no way to get a supervisor. What a waist of time.

      I signed up with this joke of a company. Was met immediately with inept people that refused to listen to what I said and just sent prewritten replies that had nothing to do with my issue. The issue turned out to be an "employee" which I now find is the owner. This is a one man operation (not counting his wife). So complaints about rude and frustrating employees goes nowhere. I know this is a one man op after looking up company info online and after finally finding a phone number (which they went to great lengths to hide from me) I left a message from and with a phone number not associated with my account, yet miraculously I got a reply email with the exact same message the rude employee gave me online. Hmmm, how do people like this stay in business?I feel bad giving them a 1 star rating, but zero was not an option.
