5 stars*************************** is a star! He's really invested in the success of the entire project and making sure everything goes well. He is patient and kind, always available, always on time and ready to help. We have worked on everything from understanding the system, making suggestions that will improve certain things, individual technical problems, setting up printers, users, scanners. We are now live, and although it has been very challenging, he is always willing to help. Now, we're getting ready to launch our website!Review fromNatalie D

Though my experience has been overall a bit challenging, I have had amazing help and service from *************************** who has helped me set up the hardware for my POS system. Patient, kind, willing to go above and beyond to work out the kinks. He has made a huge difference in making my POS system functional.

5 starsFabulous experience build my first website, Sew Much Class! From the initial meeting when we established the website vibe, **** guided us through each step. The team approach to completing the training modules was exceptional. Love that support is available for additional help even after my training period was completed. Wonderful company to work with! 2 starsWeve had issues from the beginning with salesman telling us ******* has certain features that it doesnt. Then, text messaging to customers still not set up after 3 weeks with *******. First live sale was horrible. The scanning of product that had been uploaded to ****** didnt work. I had no sales for the 1st live sale. I normally have up to $1000 a sale. Found out a switch wasnt flipped to turn it on for us. Customers having issues signing. Tech support is extremely hard to get ahold of.Review fromHANH T
