    Do not allow your loved ones with severe medical issues be moved to this rehab facility. My father was taken here, because we were told they had dialysis in house, available daily. It isnt, only Monday-Friday. So we were basically lied to. He was moved on a Friday, and ended back in *** on Sunday, because he Renal failure. They say there were not any orders. Which is BS, he was transferred there because of Dialysis. My Dad has no legs. He needs guard rails to rotate and move. He is a fall risk. I had to keep bothering the nursing staff, finally he got them Saturday. Also his blood oxygen kept getting lower and lower. Saturday night he got a severe nose bleed, the night nurse stated that he needed his blood drawn, it could be serious. They never did. I asked the nurse Sunday morning. She stated no notes or orders were put in. He was getting more sick. Still no blood draws. One of the nurses told him he was fine. On Sunday evening, the Nurse supervisor, called 911 because he was really bad. Thank God, shes worked with severe cases, like diabetes and renal failure. So that no one else experiences this, if your parent has any severe health problems, do not allow them to be taken here. I have never seen such incompetence . Or being blatantly lied to.The nose bleed should have been the first sign of, that hes doing worse than when he came in. They are taking ******** patients, and treating them like a paycheck, and not a human. If I could give zero stars, I would.
