      This message is being sent as a final attempt to resolve my grievance with the Skyzone membership program directly with the business.
      My family signed up for a membership in 2022 under the email *********************. The membership numbers were: ******************, ******************, ******************, and ******************. The names were ****** *****, ***** *****, and ***** *****.
      We were told in no uncertain terms that this was a 3 month contract and since the kids would be gone for the summer, it would not renew unless we asked it to. While we recognize the terms and conditions state otherwise, we were told by the representative he had noted it not to renew. We also made multiple attempts to request it cancelled by calling the Sky Zone Ballwin location and none of them were honored.
      We used this membership for 3 months - we were charged for 1.5 years and not able to cancel it. Multiple times after the 3 months we visited the park and were charged adhoc pricing and the membership was not honored. Regardless of the fine print, we have documentation showing we were unable to cancel + paid adhoc pricing after the 3 months.
      We are requesting consideration regarding a settlement of the months paid when we were unable to use the membership and requested it to be cancelled. Since time has lapsed, we’d consider this situation resolved if you provided a 50% refund for the unused months before the charges finally stopped. We are hopeful our attempts to contact the corporate office will be more successful than the lackluster response we have received from the local location.

      Signed up for a 30-day membership to Sky Zone in Evanston, IL. Contacted your company by telephone, via your website, and in person to ensure that you do not attempt to charge my card again. By telephone and in person, the employee told me they are not allowed to cancel memberships. I have received no response to my electronic contact. You do not have my consent to charge my credit card nor retain any payment information.

      I purchased a $75 gift card for my niece for Skyzone through the Skyzone website. When she went to use it she was told it’s not valid at the Skyzone we go to. I have sent out 6 “contact me” forms and numerous emails and phone calls and no one gets back to me. We just want to be reimbursed.

      I was given a gift card to the DEFY Wayne NJ location as a Christmas gift. I attempted to purchase tickets online with the gift card on 1/31 and the card came up invalid. I was then able to register the card on the defy website and it accurately showed the $100 balance. I went to the DEFY Wayne location on 2/1 and attempted to purchase tickets with the card, and they were unable to use it. Showed them proof of the $100 card balance and they told me t contact corporate but were unable to provide me with a number to call. Since 2/3, I have called and emailed every available phone number and email address that I’ve been able to locate and have not been able to reach anyone. I also received notification that they blocked my emails. I’m just looking for either the $100 in passes that were purchased for me, or for the purchaser to be refunded the $100 that she spent.

      Sky zone New Rochelle is a scam. They sign people up for memberships without notifying the customer. This is a crime. There is a lot more that happenes in that building that needs to be looked into. I don’t want to be connected to this in any way. Managers take money from the safe and then put it back when they can. Cashiers sell tickets on the side and keep the money for themselves they don’t even put it in the register. Management know about it and do nothing. Workers come in high. When you’re looking for a manager there is none and sometimes you are waiting for hours to speak to one. Building is left unattended majority of the time. It’s a miraculous that the New Rochelle location is even open. It should be shut down.

      I have attempted numerous times to cancel my family membership to DEFY Atlanta online through their cancelation form. I have attempted many times to get in contact with a representative and have not heard back at all.
      I am being charged monthly and do not use nor want to continue the park services.
      I am against companies that make it difficult for consumers to cancel a subscription service. Federal law requires online merchants to provide “simple mechanisms” for a consumer to cancel a subscription service.
      This business is not responding to me or providing a way to cancel a membership.

      I have sent cancellation requests to this company for three months and the continue to charge my account. I have filed a dispute on ONE of the latest charges but they keep doing it. I want my money back and I want these thieves to stop doing this to people. They are doing the EXACT same thing to my sister, ****** ******.
      This is a scam as we were pressured into getting the membership and told it was extremely “easy” to cancel. It’s been anything BUT easy.
      I have called, emailed, filled out their online form and NOTHING makes them stop. This is a scam company.

      I have attempted to cancel my membership with SkyZone Sterling,VA twice now. One on Jan 22 and by phone a few weeks later. I have been charged twice now for the reoccurring fee membership fee for a total of $124 despite my attempts to cancel. I followed the instructions given to me by their staff. I need a refund of these charges and confirmation that my membership has been cancelled and I will not receive further charges from them.

      SkyZone is owned by CircusTrix. I tried calling them but only got a recording giving me their address and hours. The call was within their business hours.

      This company is doing business as "Defy Clovis" in Clovis, CA. I cancelled my membership in the park with plenty of notice and was billed the following month. When I called to request a refund for being charged when my membership was cancelled, I was told to e-mail someone regarding the refund. I was then told that you cannot cancel a membership in the park, however, the crew member did NOT tell us that at the time of cancellation. I never received paperwork when signing up for the membership and was NEVER told that you cannot cancel in person and that you MUST cancel online or through email. My emails stopped being responded to, so we went into the park to request a refund and told to a manager. We were told that we would receive a refund within 5-7 business days and never received one. We again went into the park to request to speak to that same manager and had to speak with another manager who then told us that they cannot refund us. What a horrible way to operate a business!! I am now seeking to speak to the owner of the company and to get our money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
