      This company is selling non-working items online and taking peoples’ money for it, yet not returning customer calls, emails, voicemails or texts for selling them faulty and falsified/misleading products. On Google, they’re marked as “temporarily closed” yet are still continuing their business online.
      I ordered a couple of the items on their website, which were labeled as “distraction devices.” None of them worked as their description promised. They had zero sound, no alarm/siren whatsoever (as promised), and they flash on only one side rather than both (as promised). Their description says this: 8 High-intensity LEDs per side (16 total). This is a straight up lie and is meant to deceive buyers. There are only 8 LEDs on a single side (certainly not high-intensity) and zero on the other side. So, 8 total, not 16 like their website falsely states. I had to open one of them up to figure this out.
      My major issue with this company is that I sent them an email right away (a week ago) seeking a return. I received no response! I called their main contact number several times during the week days but no one answered. Instead, I received an automated text when I called them, so I replied to that with a request to return the items. I never received a reply to any of those texts, either. I called them a few more times (during normal business hours) and you guessed it, no answer. I left multiple voicemails. Still no response. These guys totally suck at customer service. I believe they knew that these items were cruddy so are quickly selling them off to get a few bucks before closing for good.
      Just a tiny bit of effort on their part and any common courtesy at all would prevent situations like these. I didn’t even receive basic customer service as I never heard from them at all.
      It’s honestly sad that they’re willing to take your money and sell you non-working items, yet refuse to even reply to customers or give them their money back. They’re cheating people.

      We received his complaint and refunded him his full purchase price, as well as apologizing.

      The situation was regrettable, but not born of maliciousness or an intent to deceive.

      Attached are both the refund, as well as the written apology that was sent to the phone number that was provided on the customer's order.

      Hopefully this clears everything up.
