  AM PM Towing one of there tow trucks damaged my pickup truck, i went to get an estimate for the repairs thinking there insurance company would contact me soon. Instead the owner of AM PM towing told me to not claim but go to the shop where he would send me to have this repaired and he would pay for it, he also informed me that this shop, University Collision did impecable work and i had no need to worry. So i listened to the owner of AM PM Towing and went to his shop to get these repairs done he also provided me a rental while i was without my vehicle. The truck looked ok when it was done and so a year later i brang my tractor there to get worked on as well. A year after that my wife noticed the paint on top of the pickup truck where the repair was done was cracking and coming up. I contacted University Collision about this problem they told me that they weren't concerned about the tractor but were concerned about the pickup and that i should bring it in and that they would not provide a rental while they had it, i said i needed a rental and then they told me if i was going to make a big deal out of this they would not fix the problem at all. So i told them i will contact AM PM Towing since they were the ones that sent me there and were supposed to fix the truck. The Manager at AM PM Towing would not let me talk to the owner who originally told me what to do nor would they give me his number which i had lost. She basically told me to get lost and was really rude. So i contacted AM PM Towing's ***************** and filed a claim. They told me to get an estimate and they would try to pay for the fix at another body shop since i didn't want to go back to this forced body shop that had a bad track record of using bad bondo that cracks. The estimate came in at ***** so they didn't want to pay and AM PM Towing having repaired the vehicle by themselves made my vehicle worse and now refuse to make it right or talk to me

  This customer called our office about an incident that happened years prior. He would not even hint to why he was calling. He was offered assistance so he could be helped but insisted he speak to a guy, but didn't know his name. Again... he was told if he may offer up some information that we may be able to help him. He refused and only left his number. He then called right back and was doing the same thing to the other call taker except for this time, he started being really rude and the phone was transferred to management, that happened to be seated next to the call taker. This gentleman went on and on lying about what was just said to him trying to get an innocent person in trouble. He was quickly told not to call back, that what he was saying had happened was false. He went on to say do you even know who I am? We own Wilkersons Farm!!! Again, didn't change the fact this guy was unhinged. He was told to not contact our office again. He threated to go to the business owners home. Never went. 

  We then received a call from the repair shop he mentioned stating this gentleman was upset. This is when we found out what he had wanted to speak on. Again, it was a big top secret when he called us instead of offering any information so we could assist him with his concerns. They said this was a matter between him and them. So we didn't do anything further. 

  Time went on and we received a call from our insurance company stating he had filed a claim. We were able to provide proof of payment to the repair shop, and they reached out to the repair shop and were told that he was refusing to bring his vehicle by for inspection so they could warranty their work. He was only providing a small close up picture and the shop needed to see if this was indeed their error or something else. Our insurance accepted our efforts and proof of trying to make good on an accident. This gentleman approaches his concerns in such a rude unhelpful manner, its no surprise he has found this situation difficult. Unfortunately he is the only one making the interactions a horrible experience. 

  We pride ourself on our service as well as our customer service. With that said, had he just been upfront in the first phone call, instead of acting like this was a big secret, I bet he would have had a better experience. No one can help, without knowing what he wants.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  This is the only way to hear from the owner of AMPM Towing? is by getting hold of the better business bureau and they pride themselves on customer service? they hit my truck and did major damage and they know for months that im trying to get hold of the owner who promised to make this right and i haven't heard from him yet.  I claimed on his insurance which is what i was supposed to do in the first place not have him send me to a shop of his choice to patch my truck and now i got an estimate for ****** to fix it where as it was only 3000 to fix it before from  ****************************** but he wanted me to go to his shop and not report to the insurance.  I haven't lied about anything and this isn't going to go away until AMPM Towing fixes my truck that they damaged by hitting with there tow truck.  It was well documented the tow truck damaged me and 3 or 4 other vehicles including a semi truck.  I had to appear in a zoom call for a court hearing with the state of **** and there driver because he was reckless in his tow operations.  I will not go back to the shop that AMPM Towing sent me to i do not want my truck damaged further it is the most terrible thing to have them wreck my ****** dollar pickup truck and not make it right again.  Its beyond bad customer service that they say they pride themselves on, it is on the verge of being criminal.  I expect AMPM Towing to either settle this buy fixing my truck at a shop of my choice i can get three estimates or do a cash settlement so i can get this truck fixed myself.  I also am preparing documentation to go to court, it is beyond me why the owner of AMPM Towing wouldn't want to make sure that if his tow vehicle damaged someones expensive truck that he wouldn't want to make it right.  Sending me to his shop of Universty Collision to patch it up making it worse then it was is an insult and he should be embaressed and apologize and take care of it right away but like i said i haven't even heard from him.
