    I signed up for there product GSH+ on monthly subscription. After 2 months I decided I didn't want it. There is no place to access my account to cancel. There is a phone number. I called the 1st time several weeks ago and the 3rd party call center said they no longer serve that company. I have emailed them multiple times telling them I want to cancel and full refund. They have never replied. I called again today. the lady said the only way to cancel is to email them when I asked to speak to someone else she hung up on me. I emailed again today as well. For the past 3 months I have been disputing the charges with my chase **** card.

    To Whom it *** concern,

    We have taken the steps to rectify this situation with the customer. We issued a refund for 2 of the last 3 orders. The 3rd order in question was refunded already so that is cleared as well. We have canceled the subscription, and also reached out to the customer to review any additional concerns or needs they *** have. Customer did not answer so we left a voicemail with a personal number to our Director of Finance for any additional support that *** be needed. 

    Internally we are investigating with the customer service team to fix any issues to avoid future delays in customer service and account management.
