    This company said they were with Evergy the electric company here. They said they took the $300 payment an put it on our bill so we didn't get disconnected. Well the electric ** came to s*** us off and we didn't know why. Looked back on PayPal where we paid it from and it said the payment we to this nova ops tech LLC. Called this place and they looked up the name and said the payment went to Spectrum. We have never heard of that place and now they keep disconnecting our calls and won't give us our money back

    We checked throughly but cant locate the customer in our list. 

    Please be advised to provide us more details regarding the transaction like Date of Transaction, Exact amount and last four digits of the card used to process the transaction.

    They charge me for that amount I don't even know the company

    The customer Erletter ****** purchased *** services on Dec 15 2023 and paid $219.46 using her ********** Card.
    The customer never contacted us in between our support line/email instead contacted her bank directly and filled *** dispute/chargeback with ***m Jan 04 2024.
    The card company sent us *** Chargeback and debited us for *** transaction amount of $219.46 plus chargeback fee of $45.00. 
    Now *** funds are with card company and *** customer is claiming for *** funds from us.
    We tried to explain her *** complete scenario and has also requested her to connect with ***************** but she becoming impatient and has filed complaint and BBB as well. 
    We are more than happy to refund *** customer but as explained before *** funds are with ************ and ***y are *** who can provide her with *** refund.
