    I Googled the symptoms my vehicle was having and concluded that I needed a new transmission. I took my vehicle to the repair shop and informed them of what I thought I needed (new transmission) they told me they would take a look at it and get back to me. When they called me back they told me that I didn't need a new trans. But a different part needed replacing. Since they are the professionals I took their advice and told them that I would like it fixed. When I took my vehicle in, it still had the ability to go into reverse and also manually shift through 1st to 5th gear. When they replaced the part they called me to ask if the vehicle could go into reverse when I brought it in since it no longer could after swapping out the part they thought to be the problem. They said the transmission was fine and would no longer slip out of gear, but I had no reverse. Since I could not afford to keep replacing things I took my vehicle back and was charged $1,411.59. Not only does my vehicle not have reverse but I cannot manually shift through the other gears and my transmission still slips out of gear, something they told me it would no longer do. Now my vehicle is broken more since they "fixed" it. My vehicle was never really repaired and is worse off than when I took it into them.
