      On 9/28/2024 I had a horse get cut up really bad, I called the clinic and they gave me an appointment at 12 o’clock noon. We showed up with the horse that we could barely get loaded in the trailer at 12 o’clock. We went inside there was three new girls working, which none of them acted like they knew what was going on. I filled out paperwork and we waited outside till after 1 o’clock. I went back in the office and the girls asked if they could help me. I said yes I had an appointment at 12 o’clock and I’m waiting for a vet to come and help my horse . Let me go talk to him and see what he’s doing. 20 minutes later the vet walks out into the trailer and says oh yeah this looks pretty bad. It may need stitches. He said hasn’t had a tetanus shot. We told him no he said let me go walk back in and talk to my students that are in here and see where they’re at , we waited another 30 minutes horse trailer with a cut up horse that was not wanting to stand. We finally locked up the trailer and took it home and took care of itself a week later I get a bill for $85 which is a lot of money, but this clinic was the worst we’ve ever had , they said they gave us some recommendations which they did not and did not touch the horse. The vet walked out in the trailer for approximately 40 seconds and walked back in never seen him again. I’m just really disgruntled with the whole experience we had this clinic. Feel like we demolished shouldn’t of got charged anything for the service we did not get
