    Manager *************************** is a monster. She tries to bully and intimidate her residents. I was two weeks late on a lot payment, arranged to pay on a certain date and tried to pay the day after with the full amount and she rejected and proceeded with eviction. Her intent was to take my (already purchased) mobile home from me. I found a buyer at the last minute who paid me a fraction of what it was worth. In order to transfer ownership, he paid any outstanding depts and I was to walk away free and clear with the meager purchase price and the eviction proceeding was stopped. ***** then sent a bill to collections for $1600 that was paid by the purchaser. She forces the residents out of their homes, buys the mobile homes at auction and sells them (untouched) for a huge profit. I would tell anyone considering purchasing a mobile home at this park to reconsider as long as *************************** is managing this property. I have since moved and purchased another mobile home in another park and have had zero issues with management.
