      While there have been some ups and downs (most businesses have them), I'm very pleased with the overall quality of products the company offers and the excellent customer service. I've only had to call three times in the 20 years I've been a customer and SU was quick to remedy the situation.
      There have been some complications lately but I feel the company is doing their best to get everything in proper working order so that they can continue to offer great product, and great customer service.

      The newest ink pads are worthless. I have used stampin up ink pads for years. The last few years they keep changing the ink pads. The ones that I have from 30 years ago still work, but these dry out fast and when you rein the ink is not absorbed but stays in dots on the pad. This is VERY disappointing!

      I love the he Stampin Up products, and am pleased with everything that I have ordered. The only reason that I dont give them 5 stars is the average length of time that it takes to receive an order. Fourteen days is a long time to wait in these modern times. Of course I can pay over $20 to get my order faster, but I cant afford to do that.I know that Im spoiled by Amazons 2-day delivery, but two weeks to receive something is akin to the dark ages. I do wish I could give 5 stars because everything else is outstanding.
