    Purchased an electronic part for a ******** chair, which was advertised as free returns if it didnt work. It did not work and when we went to return it, we lost 33% plus shipping and handling. Should not say free returns when they are not. We question if the part actually worked to begin with since we know that was the part that was broken based on the repair man, but ******** no longer has it in stock so this company could be sending this part out to people and making money on that same part over and over when they return it.

    This company is not honest at all. When you follow the correct procedure they try to change and make their own rules. We ordered a bed and was told to take pictures of the box before opening and pictures of the furniture when we do so. So we called them and sent them pictures of the damages to the bed. The lady we were dealing with sent us a text asking, would we like a replacement or a discount we said depending on the discount. Then she comes back later on telling us we couldn't get a replacement because it took so long to get it, which was no reason for them not sending out a replacement when you said we could. It's their responsibility to make sure what I ordered is not damaged. But you try to throw it back on the customer like we did something wrong!! People really need to do their homework on this company before buying from these crooks!! Trust they will try to s**** you over!! Never again from this crappy place!!
