    Last year, July 2022, during the third week of the month, our AC and furnace finally died, and we were in need to purchase two new units. We decided to go with a smaller company, TNT HVAC Utah LLC, owner, Joshua T*****. We paid around $8,500 to get a brand-new AC unit, coil, and furnace. Our AC has never worked properly. The owner came out several times from when he installed until the start of October 2022. He was never able to fix the issues (freezing lines, not cooling the house properly, etc). When it stated to get hot this year I made an attempt to contact Joshua and he didn't respond. I have made several attempts to contact him via phone calls, text message, email, etc. He has not responded since last year October 2022. I have had several other companies come out to fix or help out. I have paperwork from these companies stating the the "brand new" unit is actually 5 years old and used. They stated that it looks like the unit was cut out of a previous location (possible warranty issues) and placed in our home (AC unit and coil). I have done some research and TNT HVAC license (DOPL) was revoked prior to him working on our house. He showed me paperwork that showed dates that went into this year, so he would have had to fabricate the information/documents. The previous numbers and email I had for him no longer work. I did speak with a female a couple weeks ago and she stated she was no longer with the company and now has blocked my number. I am pretty positive it is the owner's wife, ***** ***** ******. From what the owner told me last year is that his wife ran the finances, phone calls, scheduling estimates and jobs for him to complete.
