    I would give this company 0 star if I can. Watch out for this company and don't be fooled, ******* is the inspector and he is very inexperience. I had the commercial building inspection from this company this week. I read those reviews on their website and I think those are fake. For me, I did not have a good results at all. The inspection report is not thorough and lack a lot of details. Most of the items were marked as inspected but not a comment or photo. Even with defective items, very poor remarks and the photos did not show or identify the problems. I emailed him and asked questions and he never responded so that shows you his professional and integrity are very poor. So my sincere advice to you is to skip this guy and company and look for someone else. I ended up with having re-inspection with another company and I am so much happier with the second company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
