Terrible website is very misleading, said 2-5 days delivery, took 13 days. Only to receive item and pay to have key cut like directions said, then programmer would not Link key. Now I'm into this $165 and returned everything to have them refund me back $56. Don't waste your time or money. Notice they have a 1.5 star rating, it's too high

Had no issues. Followed the instructions, sent off the order and had my cut key within a few days. Programmed like they said it would and have never had an issue with it.

Bought 2 key fobs and laser cut keys. One wouldnt open door. Sent back as asked. Waited 10 days. This week, 2 keys sent to me- one blank-? why. One cut, but wont fit fob. They said on it, guaranteed, etc. Sent pics. Emailed twice daily, and text messages many. Asking for help. No response since then. No refund. Nothing. They could easily fix-rectify. Does owner know 17 percent 1 star ratings TrustPilot. He needs to. I cant recommend this company- no human interaction. *********************

This company is fraudulently holding my $80 security deposit. I received their programmer via **** in February and returned it back via **** 7 days later. I disputed the charge on my charge my credit card in March. I had to wait 2 months to get a response. ***'s Key stated in their response that they received the programer back in April. They are using the legal disputes process hoping I will let the extra $80 go. I would highly discourage others from using this company!
