Very unethical and biased. In October of 2022 My Akita Husky unfortunately experienced a frightening seizure which resulted in need of surgery. I had a father-in-law which at the time worked at this facility. With my father in law being sympathetic, he was able to have my huskita checked in and taken care of at this Vet. We are very thank for that service. However, I've called multiple times to provide them all of my information and let it be known that it's my pet and I take full responsibility. I have missed a few payments for difficult time but again they had all my info to get a hold of me and had then involved in my finances. I want to pay them. Now in February, thing have turned sour with my father in laws employer and other employees there, which resulted in him quitting. But instead of pursuing me (who is responsible for the bill and willing to pay) they take the bill and withdrew it from his check. No call/mail/email was made to me to ask if he is to be charged. He quit one day and took the money the next. With this company being in service for so many years I'm sure they have protocol on transferring the responsible party to a collection agency. But I would communicate and use measures to prevent that for again I am responsible, but they completely skipped it Now on top of facing a job change he only has a check on 9 dollars for a biweekly payment. When going in to confront them of this issue I was then told that they were not able to do anything and (quote)" well he(my father in law) saw it coming." I do believe they chose to do this act out of spite also discrimination of being a minority. I then proceeded to tell them that they were the one responsible for treating my pet and that I will only like to them. They then told me to pay him instead. They did not care to act in a professional manner or respect me as a customer or even respect their employee who has given 17 year of his life there. Labor and commission has been notified of this arbitrary act.
