      In July of this year one of their salesmen came to our home and pitched an offer of first service 25.00 and the rest 95.00. He said we could cancel after the second visit and had us sign a work order. Now come to find out we can't cancel after the second visit and on the hook for a total of five visits. Very deceptive business practice. I want a refund of the last three visits. They blatantly lied to us. Not happy with this company

      I canceled the services in June, the Lady on the phone said she would cancel it because they would text me the night before they could come and that does not give me time to take of work to make sure to be there when they come, so I can open the gate to the backyard for them. Two days ago I got an text from them that they would come for pest control, I texted them that I had canceled their service in June already. Last night I checked my bank account and they had charged me $89 for their service that I had cancelled. So I decided to check if they had charged me in June, sure enough they had charged me $89 at that time too even I had canceled the service. Today i called them and told the Lady that answered the phone that I wanted to be refunded the two charges. She refused to refund the fee for June. She said the Lady I talked to in June did not work their anymore. I told her that I had called and canceled it and that they could have not done the full service because nobody would have been home to open the gate for them. She did not care. I asked her for a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked for the owners telephone number, she would not give the number to me. I told her it is not right to charge me for a service I had canceled. And I was told by the Lady in June it was all took care of.
