    If I could give this place negative stars, I would give them negative infinity. We have been in this place for almost 4 years and have had an ongoing issue with a lot of people not picking up their dog waste. I have an end unit and fingers are always pointed at me even though I sent them pictures and videos showing proof Somebody had thrown p*** on my back patio separated and they want me to pay $150 because theres dog p*** on my cement that somebody threw there dogs dont p*** separately they p*** in a big pile and I have a big dog and clearly that p*** is smaller. This place is a s*** hole. I do not recommend renting anywhere where these people manage the property theyre disgusting and horrible And basically I have to have a camera right where the waste was placed for them to waive the fee so f*** these people I hope they their business runs to the ground.

One of our jobs as a management company is to enforce the rules and regulations set by the HOA governing documents as well as the rules and regulation of the lease. One of the HOA rules particularly at the property you reside, is to enforce pet waste cleanup. Typically, this enforcement involves complaints, or inspections in which our company will follow up on. If we find pet waste, we must act on this. Unfortunately, any pet waste surrounding the home you rent would be considered in violation, even if that pet waste wasn’t from your animal. We understand that your situation would be frustrating if you believe the pet waste was placed on your property maliciously. However, our company does not get involved in neighbor disputes, and if you feel that someone is violating your civil rights, you should contact local police.
