    Our hot water heater was giving us problems. We had no hot water to wash, we couldn't run the dishwasher and the water was do cold we could not use our shower. We called and left messages for ************************* because we rent from him. It has been 2 days now and he has yet to get back to us. It is so hard to get things. He does not care, but if he wants to raise your rent he will keep texting you till you sign a new lease. Nothing is ever fixed. We have had to fix and pay for rhings ourselves. He doesn't even deserve 1 Star.
