    Absolutely aweful experience! Didn't get for a Christmas present as promised. Was so disappointed when it did arrive. Very cheaply made, something that is $60 was worth $10. Made out of cheap plastic! ??????. I would Never order from them again!

    I DO NOT recommend this company! I ordered a canvas that appeared to be white, black and rust colored but when I received it, it also had hot pink, yellow and true red. There was also a portion of the canvas that was terribly pixelated (seems it was due to a bad printer jam) and it changed the bottom print line of the whole piece! I called multiple multiple times over a whole month and kept hearing you will hear back from us within 24 hours and not one time did anyone ever reach out to me! My piece was not customized so they could have taken it back from me, but they didnt care. Terrible terrible customer service.

    Be very careful if you order from this company. The product was fine but in error I simultaneously play ordered 2. I begged and pleaded through email and phone conversation for company to allow me to return one. The 1st person I talked to said they would do what they can. But ultimately that did not work Mistakes can happen on either end. I work in customer service and know they absolutely could have accepted my duplicate I was told several times their policy is no returns and they stuck to that. Now I am stuck with 2 exact Pieces of canvas that are not personalized Be cautious if you order, not to enter twice.I do not recommend this company. Horrible customer service

    I saw this on line several times, wondered if it could be as cool as it looked. Struggled for days thinking it was a scam, finally ordered it. Its a scam. The first picture is what they give you for reference when ordering. The second is the canvas, it wasnt much bigger than a keyboard. The said part is I would have gladly paid for the biggest ones I could get but based on their reference it was huge. I am so disappointed. I called customer service, he stated they get this complaint all the time but there is a true reference picture in the picture gallery, as if I should have known to not trust the reference picture they put right in front of my face. This is why I only shop at Hobby Lobby. Dont waste your money here its a big scam
