      Vevano was uncommunicative when I had questions about an order I placed. They did not respond to any outreach I made through email, Instagram or phone. I left two voicemails, which neither were returned. When I canceled my order, they did not respond and only canceled it after I disputed the charge through my bank. It took them 30 days to officially cancel my order.

      Horrible experience. Stated on the website toilets would b delivered but they were not. No customer service and no refund was issued. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the bill but like everyone else is saying AVOID at all costs.

      I had previously purchased an item from Vevano and the product, delivery and service were perfect. I then made an additional purchase about 2 weeks ago, where my purchase was to be shipped in 2-3 days. Not only had my purchase not been shipped, I have tried to call several times with no success. Once, I got through and they said they would check and get back to me, but I never got a response. Two other times, they basically hung up on me when I was put on hold. But the latest calls simply get a recording where they say they can not take calls at the current time. It seems like the company had gone off the grid. After about a dozen calls and no response, I am concerned about their viability.

      DO NOT BUY ! They kept sending a wrong item over and over and charging over and over ,will not exchange or refund I ended up paying for 3 incorrect items sent by them. Awful experience. I called customer service and tried to prove that it is wrong check the specs on your website but they just hang up claiming it is the right item. They think they can get away. Do not give them your money they do not deserve to be in business. I tried to reach out to CEO on Linden unsuccessful. Avoid Avoid this company

      Terrible company. I ordered a console that was to be delivered in 15 business days. 45 days later, still nothing. They have no information on transit or level of delivery service. Went so far as to lie and tell me that delivery company determined service, not Vevano. Rude people on their customer service hung up on me. A part of me thinks this whole company is a fraud.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I recently place an order for some chairs. On the website it was advertised as being sold in sets of 2, so I placed 4 orders to get 8 chairs. Only 4 chairs arrived (couple weeks late) and when I inquired about the status of the remaining 4 chairs, the response I got was that their website was incorrect and it should have only been 1 chair per order. Had I known this very important fact, I would have never purchased from these guys, since we're talking about double the price now (what I thought was $749 per 2 chairs as advertised became $749 per 1 chair - huge difference)! When I tried to process a return (because I need all 8 chairs or none at all), they told me they don't take returns for furniture. This was completely made up on the fly because per the company website returns are accepted within 30 days. So alas, not only do they not honor their advertised prices and try to scam you into making a purchase, they also won't honor their advertised return policy. What a joke of a company. I have never, ever run into a company that was so shady and unprofessional with their practices. AVOID AT ALL COST.

      Fast to deliver product, horrible to contact and receive a response for a return. Call customer service number and no one answers. There are no instructions how to return anything so you have to call or email. Extremely delay response in email. Followed instructions after a response was given. Told I would receive another confirmation email within 5 business days. Now going on 10. If I am able to send my purchase back I doubt I'll ever see my money. Plus I'll need to pay for restocking and the cost of return. I'm currently out over $400 and have 2 faucets I don't want.

      Vevanos return policy is horrible and the descriptions of the bidets are a bit misleading. Order was processed timely, but once received we unboxed only to find the the seat did not have flushing or automatic closure of the seat. This bidet was regularly priced at over 1k, but was on sale for a little over $600. I emailed the company within 3 days of receiving the seat to try to return it. I was met with good customer follow up, but was told that unless I replaced with them I could not return for a refund. This gave me no time to even think about the replacement cost in the amount of $1500 which puts this out of our budget. So, Vevano suggest that I try to sell the seat. This is not acceptable for something that was never used.
