      I would love to give them negative stars. They pressured you into buying extra accessories. Going to there. office is a joke. After the first time the handle broke within six months of owning the vacuum. I went to the office to get it fixed under warranty, they said it wasnt covered. So they sold me a used handle. Then when I wanted some new fragrances, I was pressured into buying the carpet cleaning attachment.They are not very friendly, especially when you tell them no

      If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. We received a call telling us that we had "won" the RainMate air filter system in a raffle at the ******* Festival in 2022. They scheduled a delivery day and time that no one showed up for. We called with no response. When we finally got a hold of someone, they scheduled another delivery, and the same thing happened except that we were unable to reach anyone. They finally called, almost a year later, and scheduled another delivery. 30 minutes after the delivery time and no one showed up. We called and spoke with ***, and he informed us that he would make note of this and that someone would call us. No one called, and no one showed up. We called an hour after the scheduled delivery time and mentioned our frustration, and *** quite rudely stated that he would just cancel it and then hung up.This company is a huge marketing scam and I sincerely hope that no one purchases from this company.I am beyond frustrated at the blatant disrespect and disregard for quality customer service. Extremely appalling. I would NEVER recommend their services for anything.
