    Order # **** I placed my order on 11/14/22. I received a confirmation of my purchase which stated that they were getting the order ready to be shipped, and I would receive notification when the package has been sent. I have not received a notification that it has been sent, nor any other correspondence regarding my order, even though they have charged my credit card. I emailed the company on 11/28/22, and heard nothing in reply, as of today 12/14/22. I paid the cost of the order through an application named Shop.app. This app allows you to view tracking info and to message the company from which you purchase goods. I made several attempts from 12/5/22 through 12/12/22 through Shop.app to get in touch with SwoobFit with no response, as of today. I also tried to call the number they provide on their webpage, and it is out of order/disconnected. SwoobFit has not made any effort to contact me or to rectify the issue, or to refund my money. Please advise. Thank you for your time.
