      We paid for a wedding dress that this store was going to order for us.  We found the dress at another store, but they didn't' have the right size.  This store was going to order the correct size.  We were lied to about returns and were unable to return a dress we never physically saw. I asked the sales lady if it didn't work out if we could do a return and she assured me "we will take care of you". I asked several times about the possibility of a refund and she did not disclose her refund policy and did not state that they would KEEP 10% of the sales price of the dress if we should try to get a refund. When I asked about a refund because we found the dress locally at a price 150 less than their price.  (She later did offer to price match the dress with the other store, but we wanted to buy the dress locally from a woman who did a fitting with us.)  When I called to request a refund, the sales rep lied to me multiple times and said that the 10% fee goes to the credit card company and not to the store and that she was powerless to "bypass" that fee.  Later, she admitted that the fees included store fees for their service.  The refund policy, fees etc. were never disclosed to us.  The store kept 10 percent of the purchase price when we had the dress refunded.  We do not have possession of the dress, nor have we ever physically seen it.  The refund policy is not stated on the receipt we received.
