  This the second time we used S & S Mechanical. Both times they did an excellent job. All the crew are professional and pleasant to work with. They show up when they say they will, do a thorough job and the site is clean when they leave. It was a pleasure working with Logan, Cody, Riley and Hunter! I would highly recommend S & S Mechanical with your HVAC needs.

  Very pleased!***** was very thorough, answered all my questions.The 27 point inspection the company does is more than any other company has ever done when having my annual hvac check up.I always appreciate when I'm given accurate information; it's good to know the age and status of existing systems so I am aware of possible issues down the road, versus recommending immediate replacement today when it's not yet necessary.I would recommend them 100%.

  We switched to a tankless water heater, and from the time I set foot in the office to get some advice to the install I felt very well taken care of. All my questions were patiently answered and the great communication with S&S Mechanical is a big plus. The technician ***, that did the install was very professional and organized. He had all the parts meticulously laid out and did a fabulous job.

  Our air conditioning broke last one Saturday night. I got in touch with S&S Mechanical early Sunday morning and they sent a technician out by 10am same day. They are responsive, fast, knowledgeable, had the part in their truck to fix the issue already. **** was the technician that came out to our house that early on a Sunday morning. He was very polite, knowledgeable, fast, and for a woman who was home alone when he first arrived he also made me feel comfortable with him in my home. I say give that man a raise. Well as well as everyone involved with our issue that day. Thanks so much for coming to mine and my fur babies scorching rescue. I would highly recommend. *** never left a review for anyone before, but I really needed to make sure I did this one.

  Excellent and quick service! ***** was able to come out within hours after one of our home AC units went out. He was thorough in his diagnosis, in addressing the issue, and in ensuring all was running well after the fix. Thank you.

  Very responsive folks. Our AC went out. Within two hours their technician **** came and worked with Carrier to identify the problem. New part was dispatched within two hours and we were up and running quickly. **** demonstrated good problem solving and technical skills. Very pleasant person to work with. I received follow up calls to make sure everything was working as expected. Very customer oriented business. Five stars! **************
