      We stopped at a house to ask who made their beautiful gate. The home owner was happy to share with us, American Steel LLC. We reached out to ****** and got the process started for our own project. ****** listened to our wishes, plus, offered creative suggestions. This really helped us, as our gate turned out BETTER than we had hoped. American Steel created and installed a very good looking, well built product, of which we are very proud of. We give American Steel an A+ and, we will be proudly referring them due to our overall positive experience. We have since come to learn that American Steel has built many, many projects for both the company who built our community, as well as private home owners in those communities. Thanks so much American Steel, great work!!!

      ****** and crew were awesome! They showed up, got the job done very quick and the quality of gate installation was amazing! They exceeded expectations and I would refer them to any friend. They were also the best price in the area

      He took 2 years to do my deck. He doesn't communicate and makes you wait. It's on his time only.. he is very waste full and doesn't clean up his mess after the job is done. He will charge you for clean up as well. I have 5 kids and 4 dogs so I had to clean his mess up about 2x. I felt like I was begging him to do the job. I had a box left of screws that he took off my property and didn't give them back nor give me touch up paint that was promised. He also makes promises that hes coming back and never does. The screws were ***** and yes he charged me for them.. he also made promises to my son that he was going to make a basketball holder for him so he can play basketball.. he took his only copy of the blue prints.. he blocked my number on ******** so I can't get them back and will not give his new address out.. I would 100% stay away from this business.. he also begged me for money because he couldn't pay his workers..

      ************************* kept my deposit and never performed what was agreed on Please dont make the costly mistake of trusting him. He is dishonest, doesnt return calls or texts. He might be good at his trade but has no integrity.

      I got a quote for a small white vinyl fence to be built around my back patio. ****** came over, gave the quote and I agreed to have him do the work. I gave him 50% down, and was told that my fence would be put in that weekend. The weekend rolled around, and I still didn't have a fence. So, I texted ****** asking for an update. I was then told it'd be put in the following week on Wednesday or Thursday..... still never happened. I spent the whole weekend trying to get ahold of ****** with no luck. I received a call from him on Monday. He said he'd be over to my house to build the fence that afternoon. Guess what? That didn't happen either. I spent the next 5 days texting him asking for an update, calling him and getting sent straight to voice-mail..... never got a call back with a reasonable excuse. Finally got another response from him the following week. He said "Sorry, I was out of town with my family for the weekend, we'll have your fence in by the end of the week." Well, I came home that weekend and much to my surprise, still had no fence in my backyard. The fence was finished the following week on a Tuesday. I received a text from ****** saying "Hey your fence is done" and then 2 texts within that same night pestering me for payment. Obviously I paid him but I think it's very rude to immediately start spamming me for payment when it took you 3 WEEKS to build 16 ft worth of fence, with little to no communication to your client about what was happening.

      This business is running under several names and claims to offer a warranty. They will completely ignore requests for warranty work. This is a terrible business to deal with. Owner is Carlos G***** of St George.
